"Using the "PASS" Profile was not my first experience with speaking and character-trait analyzing programs. As a retired global sales executive, I have been tested with many personal trait programs and other assessment questionnaires in the past, ie. DISC and Caliper Profile. 

Where these programs and questionnaires left off, "PASS" picked up and ran.
